This is an opportunity for boys and girls ages 7-12 to be active in learning skills from different sport, speed agility and strength exercises, learning character and integrity lessons, gain and understanding of proper nutrition hydration and rest, and play fun competitive games.  We want kids to have fun while exercising and learning skills and information that will help them live healthier and happier lives!!!
